Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using HultraVPN ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

HultraVPN is designed to protect your privacy and security. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You are strictly prohibited from using our Service for:

• Illegal Activities: Transmitting, distributing, or storing any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Copyright Infringement: Downloading or sharing copyrighted material without authorization (e.g., illegal torrenting).
• Hacking & Abuse: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems, spreading viruses/malware, or launching DDoS attacks.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages.
• Harmful Content: Accessing or distributing child pornography or content that promotes terrorism/violence.

Zero Tolerance: HultraVPN reserves the right to immediately terminate the account of any user found violating these terms without refund.

2. No Logs Policy

We are committed to your privacy. HultraVPN operates under a strict strict No-Logs Policy. We do not collect or store:

• Your browsing history.
• Traffic destination or content.
• DNS queries.
• Original IP addresses.

However, because we do not log user activity, we cannot identify specific users associated with specific traffic. This protects your anonymity but does not grant immunity for illegal acts. If we detect abuse patterns (e.g., massive spam emanating from a server), we may block connections or ports to protect the integrity of our service.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Your subscription is managed directly through the platform where you purchased it (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

• Payments: All payments are processed by the respective store. HultraVPN does not store your credit card information.
• Cancellations: You must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform (Apple/Google). We cannot issue refunds directly for in-app purchases.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. HultraVPN makes no representations or warranties satisfying specific requirements, being uninterrupted, or being error-free. We do not guarantee that the Service will work in all countries or on all networks (e.g., highly restricted corporate firewalls).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HultraVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the date at the top of this policy.
